PROFDOORS manufactures concealed interior doors with a black aluminium wall frame, a black aluminium door-leaf framework and a polystyrene foam core. The standard configuration features white aluminium composite panels on both sides.

The concealed frame creates an opening without visible architraves, allowing the door leaf to sit flush with the wall on the designated side. Keep the white finish or repaint it in a chosen colour to coordinate with walls, furniture or interior accents.

Benefits of aluminium composite panels

A finished white surface. The standard finish is white RAL 9016. If this colour suits your interior, the door surface requires no additional painting. The leaf comes with its decorative face finish already in place.

A smooth, flat surface. Composite panels suit the clean appearance of concealed doors. Their flat surface helps create a visually continuous wall, particularly when the door and wall share the same colour.

Rigidity with low weight. Aluminium composite panels combine a rigid layered structure with low weight. This is useful when designing taller or larger leaves, where total door weight and hinge loading must be considered.

The option to change colour. The white surface can be repainted to suit a new interior. Repainting requires suitable surface preparation and a primer and paint compatible with the factory coating.

Black aluminium construction

Both the concealed wall frame and the door-leaf framework are made from black aluminium. The leaf framework forms the perimeter around the polystyrene foam core. This construction combines an aluminium structure with a choice of decorative face panels.

Custom dimensions and different finishes on each side

The height and width of the frame and leaf are made to suit the project. This allows the door to be coordinated with the opening and planned wall finishes.

Instead of the standard composite panels, each side can use another selected material with a thickness of 4 mm. The two sides can have different finishes to suit adjoining rooms. Material compatibility, weight and fixing details are agreed before production.
