Return policy and refund

According to the Cabinet of Ministers' Regulations No. 255 of Latvia, the Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase and return the Product within 14 calendar days from the purchase date. However, the Buyer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal if the purchased items were custom-made.

SIA "PROFDOORS" reserves the right to deny the Client's request for withdrawal or withhold compensation in the case of a custom order if the Product has been used or damaged, is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging is significantly damaged. If a defective Product was purchased, the Client must promptly notify SIA "PROFDOORS" by calling +371 27887885, emailing info@profdoors.lv, or visiting in person at Nīcgales iela 18A, Riga.
