Ordering and payment information

How to place an order

Choose a product on our website or contact a PROFDOORS consultant. To request a door quotation, send us the opening dimensions, number of doors, preferred model and finish. If the dimensions need checking, a measurement visit can be arranged.

Before confirming your order, we agree the specifications, dimensions, colour, opening direction, price and manufacturing lead time. Delivery, carrying goods inside and installation are listed separately in the quotation unless included in the set price.

Payment terms

The deposit amount, payment deadline and arrangements for paying the balance are specified in your quotation, invoice or contract. For custom orders, the product specifications must be agreed and the required deposit paid before the order is submitted for production.

Payment methods

Bank transfer — using the invoice provided. Please include the invoice or order number in the payment reference.

Debit or credit card, or cash — at the PROFDOORS showroom at Grenču iela 2A, Riga, Aura kvartāls.
