Precise installation is part of a good door

We install painted, veneered, laminated and glazed interior doors. We work with classic and modern collections, doors of increased height, moisture-resistant WPC structures and models made to individual sizes.

Quality results depend not only on the canvas. The box should be positioned vertically in two planes, the platbands should be neatly connected, and the gaps between the canvas and the box should remain uniform around the entire perimeter. Before final fastening, we check the opening, the position of the lock and the absence of contact of the door leaf with the floor.

What is included in standard installation

What we check before installing

Opening size
Width and height are measured at several points. The difference between the measurements shows how much the opening is deviated from the correct geometry.

Wall thickness
The width of the box, the need for additions and the method of connecting the platbands depend on it.

Finished floor
You need to know the final height of your tile, hardwood, vinyl or other flooring. This allows the bottom gap to be determined in advance.

Opening direction
Before ordering, it is necessary to agree on the left or right side, and also understand whether the door will interfere with furniture, switches and passage.

Wall condition
On a noticeably uneven wall, the platband may not fit completely. The possibility of correction is assessed before installation.

When to install interior doors

Standard interior doors are usually installed after major wet and dusty work has been completed, when the walls are painted or covered and the finished flooring has already been laid. The room must have normal humidity, and the materials must undergo the required drying period.

If the plinth is already installed, its connection to the platband must be agreed upon in advance. In most cases, it is more convenient to install the skirting board after the doors.

Doors with glass

The glass sheet requires careful handling and precise adjustment. Before installation, we check the integrity of the glass, the weight of the canvas and the compliance of the hinges. It is often impossible or undesirable to trim a finished door with glass on site, so dimensions must be confirmed before ordering.

Painted and veneered doors

We protect the finished surface from impacts, construction dust and mounting compounds. When installing, it is important not to damage the edges, varnish, enamel or natural veneer. If finishing work is still ongoing at the site, the door should be stored in a dry room in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.

Moisture-resistant WPC doors

WPC doors are suitable for rooms with high humidity, but the moisture resistance of the leaf does not eliminate the installation requirements. It is necessary to correctly connect the box to the wall, take into account the finished floor and use materials that are compatible with the specific system. For a bathroom or toilet, ventilation and bottom clearance are separately agreed upon.

High and heavy doors

Canvases of increased height require more precise preparation of the opening and checking the load-bearing capacity of the wall. Weight affects the choice of loops, the number of attachment points and the method of carrying. Such doors cannot be assessed only by width and height: the material of the door leaf, the design of the frame and the conditions of entry to the site are important.

The hidden door becomes part of the wall. The aluminum frame is integrated into the opening, and after finishing only the canvas and a neat technological gap remain visible. The exact level of the floor, the plane of the walls and the correct sequence of construction work are especially important here.

We install hidden doors for painting, models with finished finishing, natural veneer, mirror, glass and decorative panels. We work with standard and non-standard sizes, high canvases, reversible opening and premium aluminum systems.

Why a hidden door requires early approval

An ordinary door frame covers the edge of the opening with a platband. The hidden system does not have such a reserve. Errors in wall plane, floor height or frame position will remain visible after finishing is completed.

Before ordering, please specify:

• precise marking of the finished floor;
• finished wall thickness with all finishing layers;
• left or right opening;
• direction “toward” or “away”;
• future finishing of the canvas and wall;
• location of baseboard or wall panels;
• position of switches, sockets and hidden communications;
• necessity of a closer, limiter or special lock.

How to install

1. Checking the opening and design
We check the dimensions, opening direction, system configuration and the mark of the future floor. We check whether the opening meets the technical requirements of the selected box.

2. Installation of an aluminum box
We assemble and level the box. We check the verticals, the top lintel, the diagonals and the position relative to the future plane of the wall.

3. Preparing the connection to the wall
We fix the box in the way provided by the system. The joint is prepared for subsequent finishing in such a way as to reduce the risk of cracks.

4. Finishing work
Builders carry out puttying, painting, decorative plaster, wallpaper or installation of panels. The working parts of the profile must remain protected and clean.

5. Hanging and adjusting the canvas
After completing the wet and dusty processes, we install the canvas, adjust hidden hinges, magnetic lock and uniformity of gaps.

Installation can be performed in two visits

For many hidden systems, it is logical to divide the work. During the first visit, the box is installed and its connection to the wall is agreed upon. After finishing is completed, the craftsmen return to install the canvas, fittings and final adjustments.

The number of visits depends on the readiness of the facility and the selected system. This is taken into account when calculating the cost and departure.

Paintable canvas

The phrase “paintable” means that the surface is prepared for further finishing, but does not always include all painting work. Before applying materials, it is necessary to follow the recommendations of the manufacturer of the canvas and the paint used.

If the door must completely merge with the wall, the texture, thickness of the coating and the transition of the material across the edges are agreed upon in advance. Not all types of decorative plaster, heavy panels or mirrors can be applied without checking the permissible load.

Hidden doors with mirror and panels

Mirror, glass, veneer, quartz and decorative panels increase the weight of the canvas. This affects hinges, adjustment and carrying conditions. Before production, it is necessary to confirm the thickness of the trim, the position of the handle, the opening direction and the safe radius of door movement.

Reversible opening

The reversible door opens in a direction different from the standard geometry of the system, and allows you to maintain a single plane of the leaves in the corridor. This option cannot be chosen based only on photographs. We need a floor plan, opening side and an understanding of the finished wall planes.

High hidden doors

The higher the blade, the more noticeable any deviation. The opening must be stable, the walls must be prepared, and the frame must be secured without deformation. We also check the possibility of carrying a long sheet through the stairs, elevator and passages of the facility.

The sliding door frees up space that would normally be occupied by a swing door. But smooth operation depends on the accuracy of the guide, the weight of the door, the geometry of the wall and the correctly selected fittings.

We install wall systems, hidden Magic mechanisms, Pocket cassette doors, telescopic and folding structures, as well as sliding systems for glass panels.

First the system is selected, then the opening is prepared

For calculation you need to know:

• width and height of the finished passage;
• blade material and weight;
• wall structure;
• free space next to the opening;
• thickness of future finishing;
• required clear aisle width;
• arrangement of sockets, switches, baseboards and furniture;
• necessity of a lock, retainer and Soft Close closers.

Wall sliding door

The canvas moves along the wall surface. Such a system requires a free plane without furniture, protruding switches and other obstacles. The base for the guide must support the weight of the door, and the guide itself must be installed strictly horizontally.

The wall system is easier to install in a finished interior than the cassette system, but the panel and mechanism remain fully or partially visible.

Hidden Magic System

The hidden mechanism gives the impression that the door moves without an external guide. For proper operation, the geometry of the canvas, the evenness of the wall, the exact position of the lower guide element and free movement along the entire length are important.

The plinth, handle and decorative elements must not interfere with full opening. These details are agreed upon prior to ordering.

Cassette door Pocket

The canvas goes inside the wall. The cassette and guide are installed before the partition is finally sewn. There should be no pipes, electrical wiring, sockets or other communications in the pocket area unless they are provided for by the system design.

Before starting work, it is necessary to confirm the wall thickness and cassette size. After stitching, access to the mechanism is limited, so adjustments and checks are carried out before finishing.

Telescopic and folding systems

Such designs use several canvases and more complex fittings. For them, the width of the clear passage, the sequence of movement of the valves and the accuracy of the guide are especially important. The cost is calculated after selecting a specific system and configuration.

Sliding glass doors

The weight of glass and factory holes for fittings must match the mechanism. After tempering, glass cannot be arbitrarily cut or drilled on site. Therefore, the final measurement is carried out after the surfaces to which the system is attached are ready.

How to install

1. We check the dimensions, the wall and the complete set of the mechanism.
2. Mark the position of the guide and fastening points.
3. Installing the mechanism and elements of the stroke limitation.
4. We hang or insert the canvas.
5. Mounting the lower guide element.
6. We adjust the vertical, height and smoothness of movement.
7. Setting up Soft Close, stoppers and lock, if provided.
8. Checking the full opening and closing cycle.

Aluminium-glass doors and partitions visually divide the space, maintaining light and a sense of volume. Such systems are manufactured for a specific opening, so the quality of the result is determined at the measurement stage.

We install swing and sliding doors, stationary partitions, structures with transoms and individual profile and glass combinations.

When to take final measurements

It is advisable to take the final dimensions after the floor, walls and ceiling are ready. We check the width and height at several points, plane deviations and the possibility of reliable fastening of the profile.

Prior to production, agree:

• section configuration;
• door opening direction;
• aluminum profile color;
• type and processing of glass;
• arrangement of handles, hinges and locks;
• height of transoms and horizontal divisions;
• connection to the floor, walls and ceiling;
• conditions for glass to be brought into the object.

Why glass cannot be adjusted like a regular sheet

Most of the holes and cutouts for fittings are made before the glass is tempered. Finished tempered glass cannot be arbitrarily drilled or reduced on site. Therefore, the dimensions, position of the profiles and the composition of the fittings are confirmed before production.

How to install

1. We protect finished surfaces in the work area.
2. We transfer the design markings to the floor, walls and ceiling.
3. We install and align aluminum profiles.
4. Checking the diagonals and position of the doorway.
5. We install glass elements using suitable gaskets and fasteners.
6. We install the door, hinges, handles and lock.
7. We adjust the gaps and operation of the sash.
8. We carry out the sealing and final cleaning required by the system.

What affects the cost

• total structure area;
• number of glass sections;
• height and weight of elements;
• glass type;
• number of doors;
• complexity of junctions;
• availability of transoms, corners and non-standard connections;
• floor, elevator and skidding conditions;
• need to dismantle the existing partition.

The entrance door to the apartment should move freely, close confidently and evenly press against the seal. The result is influenced by the strength of the wall, the geometry of the opening, the position of the box, the adjustment of the hinges and the quality of filling the installation seam.

Dismantling the old door

Dismantling is calculated separately, since a wooden and welded metal box require different time and tools. Before starting work, we assess the risk of damage to the floor, walls and existing slopes.

It is not always possible to completely preserve old slopes. The size of the new box and the mounting method may require local modifications. We inform you about this before installation, when the condition of the opening can be assessed in advance.

How to install

1. We protect the floor and surrounding area.
2. We dismantle the old canvas and box, if this is included in the order.
3. Cleaning and checking the opening.
4. We check the new door, opening direction and complete set.
5. We arrange the box vertically, horizontally and diagonally.
6. We fix the block in the way provided for by the design of the door and wall.
7. We hang the canvas and check the uniformity of the gaps.
8. We adjust hinges, locks and seal pressure.
9. Fill the installation seam with suitable materials.
10. We check the door in several opening and closing cycles.

Sound insulation depends on the entire door block

Even a canvas with good acoustic characteristics will not give the expected result if the box is installed skewed, the seals are pressed unevenly or the mounting seam is filled incorrectly. The threshold, key area and slope finishing are also important.

The external door is part of the building envelope. In addition to precise geometry and reliable fastening, the base under the threshold, protection from moisture, thermal insulation, external sealing and correct connection to the facade are important here.

We install metal, aluminum, wood and composite entrance doors for private homes. The installation method is determined by the design of a particular door block and the preparation of the opening.

What should be known before installation

• wall and façade composition;
• size and geometry of the opening;
• finished floor mark inside and outside;
• base design under the threshold;
• opening direction;
• presence of a visor or other protection from precipitation;

• planned finishing of slopes;
• availability of cables for lock, bell or access control.

Special attention to the threshold

The threshold transfers the load to the base and at the same time is located in the area of possible water ingress. The base must be level, strong and prepared for a specific system. Voids, loose alignment and improper sealing can lead to sill movement, blow-off or moisture ingress.

Installation seam

Mounting connection materials are selected taking into account the design of the door, wall and manufacturer's requirements. Foam filling itself does not replace external seam protection. The connection must be protected from moisture, ultraviolet radiation and mechanical damage in the prescribed manner.

How to install

1. Checking the dimensions, base and condition of the opening.
2. We carry out a trial installation and check the position of the threshold.
3. We prepare the base sealing provided by the system.
4. Install and temporarily fix the door block.
5. We set the box according to the level and diagonals.
6. We carry out load-bearing fastenings without profile deformation.
7. Checking the operation of the door leaf, hinges and locks.
8. We provide thermal insulation and sealing of the installation connection.
9. We adjust the pressure of the seals and the threshold.
10. We will coordinate the subsequent finishing of internal and external slopes.

Fire door operates as a single door unit. Not only the canvas is important, but also the frame, hinges, lock, seals, closer, fasteners and mounting connection materials.

Any modification must be compatible with the documentation and purpose of the specific door unit.

The technical door can lead to a warehouse, utility room, boiler room, engineering area or commercial premises. Requirements for it are determined not only by size, but also by operating conditions: humidity, temperature, traffic intensity, need for ventilation and type of access control.

Access control and additional fittings

Electromechanical locks, readers, exit buttons, cable transitions and other elements must be approved prior to installation. Preparation of power supply and low-current wiring is carried out according to the project. Do not drill into the door block after installation without checking the permissible zones.

X-ray protective doors

The X-ray protective door is part of the protective circuit of the room. Its parameters are determined by the project, including the required lead equivalent and the connection of the door block to the wall. This design is calculated individually and installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation and the design requirements of the facility.
