I remember that when I went to Vico Magistretti's studio to agree on the design of his new handle, while we were chatting around the large table that took up almost the entire room, he instinctively sketched it in front of me, fixing it in an almost definitive form. His idea was to create an ergonomic and at the same time slender object. As he talked about how interesting the shape of a bone was, he sketched it with a sure hand.
