The AN 180 3D loose hinges are designed for particularly heavy doors.

The door can be hinged 180 degrees.

Maximum door load 40 kg / 2 pcs

Minimum leaf thickness 35 mm

The hinges are made of zinc alloy ZAMAK.

Axles and elbows in stainless steel.

Hinge height - 110 mm / width - 24 mm.

Hinges are adjustable in three directions.

Adjustment: vertical +/- 2,5mm; horizontal +/-1,5mm; depth +/-1mm.

The hinges are certified by the German IFT laboratory for 200,000 leaf cycles. Certified for fire doors.
