RETURN OF GOODS

In accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia No. 255, the Buyer has the right to refuse the purchased Goods and return them within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, however, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of refusal if the purchased goods are made to order.

SIA "PROFDOORS" reserves the right to refuse the Customer the right of refusal or to withhold compensation in the case of a custom order, if the Product has been used or damaged, if it is not in the original packaging or the packaging is significantly damaged. If a faulty Product has been purchased, the Customer must immediately notify SIA PROFDOORS by phone at + 371 27887885, or by e-mail at: info@profdoors.lv, or by personally contacting Nīcgales iela 18A, Riga.
